Booking & Cancellation Policies for the
Brazilian Keratin Treatment & Permanent Straight Perm
- We take a £50 deposit when booking to ensure that your appointment is secure.
The £50 will be taken off the total amount at the end of the service.
- Cancellation or booking an alternate date will be accepted up to 72 hours / 3 days (excluding Sundays)
prior to your scheduled appointment.
- We cannot accept cancellations or booking of alternate dates within 48 hours / 2 days (excluding Sundays)
of your scheduled appointment and your deposit will not be refunded.
- Late arrival (45 minutes over your scheduled appointment) will be considered as a cancellation.
